Join our Design District team as we work with the Fernwood newlyweds. Our homeowners, Jessica and Rob, purchased their first home together just over a year ago. The house was 8 years old, and didn’t require any major work to be done at the time. However, now a year later, the couple is aware of the fact that the interior doesn’t reflect their fun, trendy style. They want to add a little design punch to the space, while keeping it low maintenance to accommodate their busy careers. Rob is concerned about resale. He doesn’t want to make any improvements on the home that they won’t recoup upon resale. Jessica really wants to get some high-end finishes in their space, without breaking the bank.
Danisha and Amy will look at paint colour, wallpaper, counter top materials, lighting and accessories to give the client’s home an update that reflects their love for entertaining and young trendy personalities.
Jason will look at the neighbourhood, year of the home, initial investment and potential gains to help the couple decide which projects will be beneficial to their bottom line.
